General conditions of sale

Seller Identification

The goods which are the subject of these general conditions are offered for sale by Traininpink RR DMCC , with branch office in Via Mauro Macchi 27 – 20124 Milan (MI) , Tax Code/VAT No. 11920410963 , email hello@igeia.shop , hereinafter referred to as the " Seller ".


1. Definitions

1.1 With the expression "online sales contract" or "Contract" means the sales contract relating to the Products concluded on the site www.igeia.shop between the Seller and the Buyer.

1.2 With the expression "Buyer" means the natural person who makes the purchase for purposes not related to any commercial or professional activity he or she may carry out.

1.3 With the expression "Salesperson" it is meant Traininpink RR DMCC , as identified above.

1.4 With the expression "Products" is intended to indicate the goods offered for sale by the Seller via the Site.

1.5 With the expression "Site" means the website www.igeia.shop and other directly connected subdomains.


2. Method of entering into the Contract and acceptance of the General Conditions

2.1 The Contract between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded exclusively through the Site, where, following the procedures indicated therein, the Buyer formalizes the purchase of the Products. The Buyer acknowledges that access to the Site requires an Internet connection, the costs of which are borne by the Buyer according to the terms established by their connectivity provider.

2.2 These General Conditions may be updated, supplemented, or modified at any time by the Seller, who will provide notice of such changes via the Site pages. Such updates will be effective only for purchases subsequent to their publication.

2.3 The General Conditions must be reviewed by the Buyer before completing the purchase process. Submitting an order implies reading and acceptance of the terms and conditions by checking the appropriate checkbox.

2.4 Before finalizing the order, the Buyer will be asked to check the contents of the cart, their personal information, the price of the selected Products, any shipping costs and additional charges, payment methods, and the delivery address. Once the delivery address has been confirmed, it will no longer be possible to change it.

2.5 The Seller will send the Buyer an email confirming receipt of the order immediately after it is placed. The email will contain the order number, the Buyer's information, a description of the Products, the total price, the payment method, the withdrawal form, and a reminder of the legal guarantee.


3. Purchase methods and sales prices

3.1 The prices of the Products offered for sale on the Site are indicated in euro (€) and are those in force at the time the order is sent by the Buyer.

3.2 Prices include VAT but Not include shipping costs, clearly indicated before order confirmation.

3.3 By accepting these Conditions, the Buyer declares that he is making the purchase for purposes other than any commercial or professional activity he may carry out.


4. Delivery times and methods

4.1 The Seller will deliver the selected and ordered Products according to the methods chosen by the Buyer and confirmed in the email referred to in point 2.5.

4.2 Shipping times are indicated on the Site before payment. If the Seller is unable to ship within the indicated timeframe, he will promptly notify you via email. Further details are available on the page Shipping (https://www.igeia.shop/spedizione).

4.3 If the delivered Products show damage presumably caused by the courier, the Buyer may refuse delivery and immediately notify the Seller, who will arrange for a new shipment.


5. Payment methods

5.2 Accepted payment methods include: credit or debit card, PostePay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The full list is available on the checkout page.

5.3 All orders are payable in euros. Any bank charges are the responsibility of the Buyer. 

5.4 Ownership of the Products remains with the Seller until full payment is made. If it is not possible to charge the amount due, the sale is deemed terminated pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code.

5.5 Payment communications take place on lines protected with security protocols.


6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 The Buyer may withdraw from the Contract within 14 days of receiving the Products. In the case of multiple orders, the deadline begins upon delivery of the last item. Detailed instructions are available on the page Returns (https://www.igeia.shop/resi).

6.2 The Buyer must ship the Products within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Returns are free.

6.3 The Seller will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receipt of the Products or proof of shipment.

10. Failure to collect the package 

10.1 The Buyer is responsible for picking up the package. Upon receipt of the order, the Seller will send an email with a tracking link.

10.2 The courier will make an initial delivery attempt; if the courier is absent, a second delivery attempt will follow.

10.3 After the second delivery attempt, the package will be held in storage. The Buyer can unblock it by contacting the courier or customer service.

10.4 Once the storage period has expired, the package will be returned to the Seller, who will inform the Buyer. The Buyer may request a new shipment at their own expense within 5 days.

10.5 In the absence of instructions, the Contract shall be deemed terminated and the Seller will refund the amount paid, net of any shipping costs. 


11. Protection of the confidentiality and processing of the Buyer's data

The processing of personal data takes place in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Privacy Policy available on the Website.


12. Communications, complaints and ODR platform

12.2 Pursuant to art. 14 of EU Regulation 524/2013, the Buyer may submit a complaint via the ODR platform available at the link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .


13. Applicable law and competent court

13.1 The Contract is governed by Italian law.

13.2 For disputes with the consumer Buyer, the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the latter shall have jurisdiction.

13.3 If any provision of these Terms is held to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid.
